CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request that you confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment upon receiving our confirmation request, which is sent 4 days in advance. This helps us ensure efficient scheduling and avoid charging a cancellation fee.
Effective 1st January 2025, we have updated our appointment policy to better serve all our clients.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: Changes to your appointment must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled time. Late rescheduling or cancellations made with less than 3 days' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, with a minimum charge of $40.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will also result in the same fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service, and the late rescheduling fee will apply. We will do our best to find another convenient time for you.
You may be required to prepay to secure your appointment in certain cases. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and seamless experience for all clients. Thank you for choosing us for your care!

GIFT VOUCHERS
When purchasing a gift voucher or gift card you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Gift voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase. It is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash. Gift voucher can be used for services only, is not valid for purchasing a product. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance. Can not be transferred or combined with other promotions. If your treatment exceeds the amount of your gift voucher, you must pay for the balance with a valid and accepted credit card or cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

Personal information collected generally comprises name, address, contact details and certain financial information. WORK PROVIDER POLICY
At Hand&Foot Aesthetic Clinic we are committed to providing the best possible care and treatments. Depending on your condition(s) we may provide you with a care plan if your therapy requires multiple consultations and/or assessments. This may include clinical treatment and/or home treatment. The length of some treatments can extent from 6-24 months (fungal treatment, wart treatment, ingrown nail bracing, kinesiology taping for example).
For optimal results, you must follow the instructions and guidance provided by our team. Failure to adhere to these instructions may affect the outcome, and as such, we cannot be held responsible if the desired result is not achieved under these circumstances.
Our team is highly trained and follow strict safety protocol. However due to the nature of our work and the use of sharp tools, there is a small possibility that clients may experience minor cuts or bleeding. Rest assured, our team is trained to handle such situations promptly and professionally, ensuring your safety and care at all times. We kindly ask that you inform us of any concerns or issues you may experience following your treatment. Please note, while we offer expert advice based on our knowledge and expertise, our recommendations are given to the best of our ability and should not be considered medical advice.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse to perform any procedure if we feel uncomfortable or believe it is not in the best interest of the client or the clinic.

This is a quiet space, intended for relaxation during treatments. Please help us maintain a serene environment.

For safety reasons, we ask that you refrain from using your phone during manicures. This ensures that we can provide the best service possible without distractions and risks of injury.

During manicure services, we kindly ask that you do not request drinks, please enjoy them before or after your manicure.

You are welcome to bring a book, listen to music, use your phone and enjoy a beverage during pedicure sessions.

We kindly encourage you to arrive a bit earlier to secure parking and avoid being late for your appointment. If you arrive ahead of time, feel free to relax and enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or tea.

We understand such things as traffic can impact your arrival so please call ahead to let us know you might be late.

SHIPPING POLICY
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, the whole processing and shipping period will take 7-14 business days.
Delivery times may vary from state to state. Orders placed by mid-day are generally dispatched within 24 hours.
In light of the current pandemic of the COVID-19, the normal operation of all couriers around the world has been affected, which may cause 3-5 business days delay. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding!
Delivery is usually between Monday and Friday. All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking. If your order has not arrived please contact us. All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us.
Delivering to outside of Australia
Please get in touch if you can`t find your country on the list for shipping. We will do our best to provide you with a quote for shipping to your country. For all international shipping we advise you to check with your country if any duties or import taxes will apply. Some countries may charge fees for importing goods depending on their value. We do clear the items for export however it is the responsibility of the receiver/customer to settle any duties or import taxes associated with their international delivery. This means typically, you will be contacted by customs once the shipment arrives and will be required to settle any charges if applicable.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer returns on our products except if they are damaged or faulty.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods or something is missing from your order you must notify us within 48 hours from date of delivery of the goods. This can be done by email or phone. Depending on what is the issue we will offer you the best solution to resolve the problem.
In case of exchange you might be asked to return the damaged or faulty goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return and if we will be replacing it or a refund has been approved.
The refund will be processed and applied to the same credit card/bank card which was used for purchase within 7 working days.
In case of exchange a replacement product will be sent to the same address within 5 working days, subject to stock availability.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As part of our professional practice and training, it is essential to document treatments through photographs or media, focusing solely on your hands and/or feet. This ensures we can monitor your progress and address any potential concerns effectively. We securely store all documentation and only use it for these purposes. Unless you let us know otherwise, we may use some images for educational purposes. If you do not wish for your media content to be used, kindly inform us. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.
